841 Words That Will Get You Flagged + Demonetized On YouTube

Did you know one wrong word used on your YouTube video can automatically demonetize your content?

Thanks to Andrew from the YouTube channel Analyzed. Here’s a list of 15,000 questionable words tested with about 900 that will actually get your video flagged by YouTube’s content management bots deeming them instantly demonetized for not being advertiser friendly: tiny.cc/YTterms
Note, those some odd 900 Youtube title and description words are not banned and in fact are still allowed on the platform. However if you are looking to monetize aka make money off of your videos, you’ll definitely want to find a synonym that passed the YT bot filter so your video isn’t flagged.
Pro tip:

From YouTube to creators:
“We won’t tell you what you can create on YouTube, but we do have a responsibility to do right by our viewers, creators and advertisers. If you’re in the YouTube Partner Program, you have the ability to earn money through YouTube, and because of that, we hold you to a higher standard.”

If there is a word you are unsure of that hasn’t been tested yet, submit the word(s) to YTwordlist@gmail.com
